AIDOMART is an online multi-vendor marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers across Ghana. The platform facilitates discovery, category browsing, and direct communication.
Users must provide accurate personal and business details, protect their credentials, and refrain from impersonation, fraud, or platform misuse.
Buyers are responsible for supplying correct contact details, reviewing item specifications, communicating respectfully, and reporting suspicious listings.
Sellers must provide accurate product details, pricing, and stock status, fulfilling orders honestly and complying with applicable Ghanaian regulations.
Counterfeit goods, fraudulent listings, unauthorized items, and unlawful material are strictly prohibited. Users can report suspicious items via support.
Transactions and manual payment verifications are coordinated directly between buyers, sellers, and the marketplace administrator.
Disputes can be submitted via the Contact Admin / Help & Support portal, where the administrator reviews cases according to platform guidelines.
Accounts or listings violating marketplace rules or involving misconduct may be restricted or suspended by the administrator.
